Facebook has revamped its data policy in the past weeks, preventing many third-party apps (Including the YBConnect App) from posting on their users' behalf.
This means that, until our app is re-approved, it will not be possible to post Facebook status updates from YBConnect. At the moment, we don’t have a timeline regarding when Facebook will re-approve the YBConnect App.
This change has affected virtually every company that works with Facebook, so we’re expecting large queues in their approval line.
We know that a large number of our customers post exclusively to social media - we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that Facebook will work fast to resolve this issue.
We will notify all of our users as soon as the issue has been resolved.
